Excellent! We provide a free delivery service for all UK orders that are over £40.00. If your order is under this amount, we will charge a small delivery fee. Your item(s) will be shipped either via Royal Mail tracked service or tracked courier. In addition to being tracked, sometimes your order will require a signature upon delivery.
How long will my delivery take?
We endeavour to process orders very quickly, and usually dispatch within 1 working day. In some cases, your item may be dispatched the same day you place it. In busy time periods like Mother’s Day or Christmas, delivery periods can be slower but we work very hard for our customers to keep delays to a minimum. Items usually arrive within 2-5 working days from date of dispatch. If you require a quicker delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
I am an International Customer, can I still buy from you?
Absolutely! All international orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service. This is a priority service which aims to take 3 to 5 days to deliver within Europe and 5 to 7 days to deliver outside of Europe. Tracking details will be provided.
What if my delivered item is damaged?
All products from Design 24 are quality controlled and thoroughly checked before dispatch. If your item arrives and appears to have been damaged in the mail please contact us via the Contact Form and include images of the damage. Alternatively you can phone us, but we will still require images of the damage.
If you are unhappy with the product(s) you've received please don't hesitate to get in touch, we will be happy to help.If you wish to return an item you can do so for free at our shop in Cleckheaton, or alternatively you can post them back to us.Customers cover the cost of returning an item to us by post. If you wish to return the item via post please follow the following guidelines:
1. Contact us via phone or email to let us know you wish to initiate a return.
2. Please post your item(s) back to us in original condition with all tags attached, within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is well wrapped and packaged, as this will ensure it arrives safely back to us - and we can only refund items that arrive back in their original condition. When posting your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend you use a trackable mail service - This ensures we can monitor your item(s) journey back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that we do not receive back and this may delay or prevent your refund from being successful.
